Sampo’s Annual General Meeting 2020 and Q&A session with the management

Sampo’s Annual General Meeting 2020 will be held on 23 April 2020 at Messukeskus Helsinki, Expo and Convention Centre. For the first time, Sampo will hold a Q&A session with the management in connection with the AGM.

In the Q&A Session, Sampo’s Group CEO Torbjörn Magnusson and Group CFO Knut Arne Alsaker answer shareholders’ questions asked in advance and live.

The Q&A Session will be organized during the coffee prior to the Annual General Meeting. The session can also be followed live at www.sampo.com/agm.

- The aim of the Q&A Session is to further develop the Group’s investor communication, especially towards private investors, and to further improve the dialogue between management and shareholders, says Jarmo Salonen, Head of Investor Relations and Group Communications at Sampo.

Questions for the management can be presented in advance by email info@sampo.fi. All questions will be processed anonymously, and the aim is to answer as many questions as possible.

The Q&A Session is not part of the Annual General Meeting.

Notice to the Annual General Meeting, proposals of the Board and its Committees and detailed registration instructions will be published approximately on 18 March 2020.
