Change in Björn Wahlroos’ shareholding in Sampo

Björn Wahlroos, Chair of the Board of Sampo plc, has notified Sampo that the Wahlroos family is in the process on undertaking a series of transactions in Sampo shares. The transactions will not lead to a material change in the overall Sampo ownership of the Wahlroos family.
